GlyTherix: Life Sciences Start-Up
As part of my consulting work with GlyTherix, a start-up specializing in oncology research, I was tasked with analyzing their market competitors to help them determine their potential valuation for funding opportunities. This was a particularly challenging and unique project, as no one in the market was creating a product quite the same as theirs, so there were no historical comps to map back to. To achieve a realistic valuation, I had to conduct extensive research and analyze multiple data points using a variety of analytical tools and techniques. My main objective was to identify key trends and insights that could assist the founders in seeking funding opportunities from Venture Capital firms. Drawing on my skills in quantitative analysis, market research, and strategic planning, I produced a detailed report that highlighted GlyTherix's unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
